Jesse Armstrong, Artist

Born and raised in Central Oregon, Jesse is a graduate from the Pacific Northwest College of Art with a BFA in Illustration. She specializes in digital art, but has expanded her art practice to the world of tattooing! Her work has been described as bold, illustrative, and highly detailed.

She aims to specialize in blackwork, neo-traditional, and new-school tattoos. Outside of art-making, Jesse enjoys playing video games, weightlifting, spending time with friends, or cozying up with a good book. She currently lives in Bend with her cat, Lathander.
